Cici and Hyatt Brown Center for Aerospace Technology at Embry-Riddle University
This gorgeous new building is part of the expanding Research Park at Embry-Riddle University in Daytona Beach, FL. We arrived before sunrise to capture the first light hitting the east-facing wall of windows. Because drones are prohibited at this location (without a lengthy application process), I stood atop our Sprinter van in order to get a better view of the long building footprint. After shooting a full round of exterior images, we were escorted into the main lobby. Here we spent the morning photographing this amazing glass installation as the sun’s rays moved through the space. Boeing’s cooperation with providing access to this secure area is much appreciated.
